Please review our customer service policies for Milan & Kay Resources, Inc.:

Downloads:

If you purchased any downloadable products, you will be emailed download links as soon as your payment clears (usually immediately). You can also re-download purchased items by visiting the Your Account page on the store and then clicking on Your Downloads.

Note: In order to download your files from the website, you must create an account. If you did not have an account, or were not logged into your account when you purchased your downloads, please first ensure that you have an account ( register here ) and then contact us using the contact form. We will then be able to link your downloads to your account.

Shipping & Delivery:

Any purchased digital products will be made available for download immediately after purchase (you will receive an email containing download links). Physical products such as DVDs and CDs are produced on demand and usually ship within 1-2 business days.

Standard UPS shipping (7-10 days) is used for all orders within the continental United Stages. Orders shipped to Canada are subject to an additional $15 fee. Return shipping or duty/tariff charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Privacy Policy:

While we do occasionally send emails to announce new products and store sales, we will NEVER sell or share email addresses with 3rd parties.

Returns / Refunds:

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or refunds at this time. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us so that we can set things right!

Download Problems:

If you are having trouble downloading a purchased item, please contact us and we will do what we can to get your file to you to by another means, such as email.

If you believe that a file you purchased is damaged or corrupt, please contact us. If we determine that a file is corrupted or malfunctioning, Milan and Kay Resources will gladly replace any corrupted file(s).

DVD & CD Replacement Policy:

If you receive a CD or DVD that becomes unusable because of damages received while in the mail, Milan and Kay Resources will gladly replace the damaged CD at no cost to you. In order to receive your replacement, we must receive notice within 14 days of the shipment. We cannot replace CDs or DVDs that become damaged because of normal wear, improper use, or abuse.
